A great day of racing on Harpswell Sound. 10 races were completed in a SE breeze ranging from 5-10 knots. The current was a major factor all day. All races were W-4s. A huge thank you to the Barnett Family for their continued support of the regatta and the Polar Bears. Eight more races are schedule for tomorrow. Harvard has built a large lead followed by BU, Tufts, and Bowdoin. Forecast is for breeze tomorrow.
Day 2 of the Barnett Trophy featured big breeze and waves out of the SW. 5 races with complete. Courses were triangles plus W-3s and W-4s. A huge thank you to Alex Levin, John Ingalls, and Bern Noack for helping with rescues. Thanks to Peter Newstein '19 and Elijah Berger '21 for moving marks and dealing with rotations. Thanks to all the Polar Bear undergrads and the Barnett Family for their support of the event. Congrats to Harvard for winning for the second consecutive year.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
