Eight schools participated in the SAISA SP-3 regatta, but with several schools also entering JV and/or Women's teams, the total number of boats on the line was sixteen.
With light winds of 4-5 knots at the start, generally from the E, and a forecast of 0 knots by 2pm, it was seemingly going to be a struggle to get 3 races finished in each division. The wind held, however, backing all day towards the NE. By running fairly short W-L races averaging 9-10 minutes each, racing continued until 3pm and 8 races were sailed in each division.
No protests were filed, two breakdowns granted, and in a closely fought battle between UF and host USF, tied going into the final race, USF prevailed for the victory.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
