Mystic, ahh Mystic, shifty Mystic. Teams arrived to breeze which seemed to be the only breeze in Boston and north today. Ken was gracious enough to have laid out the first course explaining that Mystic is 90 feet deep hence setting/moving marks required some forethought. A mixture of sailors attended the Peak Foliage hosted by UNH at Tufts due to low water on Mendums. We were able to get 4 races off in the combined fleet of 18 boats, with only one race fading into a sorta reach reach. We finished race 4 as the breeze lay dying. Lunch was accompanied by a magnificent slide show making us all jealous. No more breeze was to be, only glass and brighter skies. After coaches met to discuss an appropriate time to call it quits we watched a whisper began to fill and then fade. The regatta was called at 2:50.
A special thanks to Ken for coming to the rescue as a needed venue and the Tufts team for allowing us to host and directing traffic on launch and recovery of boats. Congratulations to Tufts for winning the Peak Regatta. Holy Cross was a no show. Super thanks also go to River Innaccone who managed the mark boat and Hannah Heidtman who managed the scores.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
