Sailors arrived at 9:30 to a hot humid day in the boat park at the Miami US sailing Olympic training center. A nice rain squall provided relief from the heat on the way to the first start at 10am. The winds were out of the west at 6-8 for the first two to four races and then continued to build as the first cold front of the season pushed into Miami. The remaining races were sailing in 15 with puffs to 20. It was a great day on the bay. Congrats to the Cougars for winning both berths to the Single handed National Championships.
The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
