A shifty Northeasterly breeze with intermittent, and times, heavy rain, made for plenty of opportunities to come from behind. The seeding round-robin was completed with Roger Williams winning the tie-breaker over Boston College.

Another great day of racing on Narragansett Bay! We started in a 16 knot Northerly that moved a little eastward, and lightened as the day progressed.
