Saturday: Sailors were greeted Saturday with a gnarly Lake Champlain. Coaches decided to give it a good old college try, but with 1 in 4 boats over at any given time before racing started, the fleet was sent in. At 12:30, it was still nuclear (puffs recorded at 39 kts!) and racing was called off for the day with a 9am start scheduled for Sunday.
Sunday: The wind had moderated significantly by Sunday with steady 15 to 20 kt winds and puffs to 25. Races finally commenced with short modified triangles. Everything went as planned until the start of race 4A. Shortly after the start, the breeze picked up to about 25 and sailors roared downwind. Were talking 2011 NE's at the Rog conditions! Sailors were sent in for an hour and a half wind hold. Fortunately, we were able to get three more races in by 3pm. Thanks to the 15 teams who made the trek up to Vermont!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
