Winds started out in the mid-teens in the morning, mellowing out to about 10 by noon. With only 6 boats on the line and a dedicated coach boat, it was a great day to learn in variable and puffy conditions. Thank you to Andrew Nelson, Director of Youth Sailing for the North West, for coming out and giving valuable training to the sailors.
Winds started out light in the morning, building to close to about 20 kt. by 2 pm. It was a good day for boats to learn their limits and practice heavy wind technique.
