A light breeze from the north build gradually over the morning to 6 to 8 kn. 6 A races and 4 B races were completed. As the A division was finishing their third set the breeze began to die out. The race committee elected not to send be out at 3:30 with dying winds
Racing began at 10:30 with a Southwest breeze of about 6 kn. bracing begin with the fifth race in the B division. By 230 the wind had come up to about 10 to 12 kn from the south and 10 races in each division had been sailed.
