Great early fall conditions at USF-SP for the SAISA SP-3 races. NE winds about 8-9 knots to start the day, gradually dropping to 4 knots by the final set, with fairly flat water as racing was conducted inside Bayboro Harbor, under the watchful eyes of the US Coast Guard stationed there.
Eight teams competed, with two additional all-women JV teams. While both A and B divisions were on the water at the same time, starts were separate. The "Dartmouth trapezoid" (utilized at the Mrs. Hurst last weekend) was used very successfully, all races. Average race length was 11 minutes. No protests, no breakdowns, a few capsizes.
Thanks to all competitors, as well as to the USF sailing team for running the regatta, and to the USFSP Waterfront staff for their on-shore support.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
