Racing got underway at 1000 with breeze varying between 5 and 10 knots out on Lake Travis coming in from the south, picking up to between 10 and 14 knots between 1400 and 1600. Eleven teams were in attendance and we were able to get eight races off in each division for a total of 16 races, meaning an additional six were necessary to complete a full rotation. PRO Vic Manning and his team rand windward/leeward courses with two and four legs throughout the day.
Racing was cut off at around for in lieu of the intent to resume racing Sunday morning at 0900 in order to complete the rotation. There were no filings for protest, redress, or breakdown.
Our second day of racing started out slowly, as breeze had not yet filled in on Lake Travis by the 0900 start time, which can likely be attributed to the storms that blew through early this morning. Teams were postponed until approximately 0920, when breeze picked up to 2-3 knots, which was enough to get in four of the necessary six races to complete the rotation. Following the four races the breeze died again. Due to the lengthy drives ahead of most competitors the decision was made on Saturday to race until 1100, meaning the rotation was not quite completed on Sunday.
PRO Vic Manning and his team ran windward/leeward courses with two and four legs and downwind finished, with relatively short courses to accommodate the cut-off time. Ravi Subramanian was in attendance at the debrief to discuss the nature of the Kathryn Hammond Memorial Regatta, regrettably her family could not make it to the event this year.
There were again no filings for protest, redress, or breakdown.
Many thanks to the competitors, PRO Vic Manning, Steve Gay, and David Bass for their assistance.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
