The day was overcast and cool with a shifty northerly breeze. There was flat water and about 8-15 kts of wind throughout the day. Racing started promptly at 10 am and continued until about 3:30 pm. There were some very close races and the umpires did a great job. 20 races were completed to make 2 full rotations. Michigan Maize is leading after today, with the Wisconsin Badgers in second.
The day was sunny and colder with a shifty easterly breeze. There was flat water and about 3-8 kts of wind, which was very puffy throughout the day. Racing started promptly at 9:30 am and continued until about 1:00 pm. 10 races were completed to make 1 full rotation today and 3 for the regatta.
Congratulations to Michigan Maize for winning undefeated and the Wisconsin Badgers who placed second. There was a tie for fourth place between the Michigan Wolverines and Northwestern Wildcats, which was broken in favor of Michigan who had more wins against Northwestern.
