This regatta is sailed in memory of Thomas E. Curtis Jr. Georgetown '68. He was a great friend to all who new him and a very accomplished sailor whose life was cut short in a tragic accident while racing his yacht Obsession in the 1979 SORC race. Tom is a member of the GU athletics hall of fame.
Saturday - 8 races were sailed in each division. The day started off with light SW winds that switched SE and increased to 10mph. Around 1pm a front came through and the winds switched to NW and increased to 15mph with some higher gusts. There were multiple capsizes and a few breakdowns.
Thanks to all the Georgetown sailors who helped out.
Light Rain and light winds were the story today. Four races were sailed in each division. The last four were sailed in 1-6 mph. Two protests were filed resulting in 1 DSQ
Thanks to all the Georgetown Sailors for running races, moving marks, rescuing sailors and fixing boats.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
